Species Description:
Astragalus tricarinatus, commonly known as triple-ribbed milk-vetch, is a perennial herb in the Fabaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Joshua tree "woodland", and Sonoran desert scrub, growing at elevations from 450 to 1190 meters. Astragalus tricarinatus is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.|
