Species Description:
Arctostaphylos montaraensis, commonly known as Montara manzanita, is a perennial evergreen shrub in the Ericaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Chaparral (maritime), and Coastal scrub, growing at elevations from 80 to 500 meters.
