Species Description:
Angelica kingii, commonly known as King's angelica, is a perennial herb in the Apiaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Great Basin scrub, Meadows and seeps, and Pinyon and juniper woodland, growing at elevations from 1830 to 3080 meters. Angelica kingii is ranked 4.2, Plants of Limited Distribution, A Watch List; Moderately threatened in California.
