It occurs within Bogs and fens, Broadleafed upland forest, and North Coast coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 0 to 1600 meters. Erythronium revolutum is ranked 2B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened, or Endangered in California, But More Common Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
