Species Description:
Eriogonum nudum var. indictum, commonly known as protruding buckwheat, is a perennial herb in the Polygonaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Chaparral, Chenopod scrub, and Cismontane woodland, growing at elevations from 150 to 1463 meters. Eriogonum nudum var. indictum is ranked 4.2, Plants of Limited Distribution, A Watch List; Moderately threatened in California.
