Species Description:
Phacelia coerulea, commonly known as sky-blue phacelia, is a annual herb in the Hydrophyllaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Mojavean desert scrub, and Pinyon and juniper woodland, growing at elevations from 1400 to 2000 meters. Phacelia coerulea is ranked 2B.3, Plants Rare, Threatened, or Endangered in California, But More Common Elsewhere; Not very threatened in California.
