Utricularia intermedia, commonly known as flat-leaved bladderwort, is a perennial stoloniferous herb (carnivorous) (aquatic) in the Lentibulariaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Bogs and fens, Marshes and swamps (lake margins), Meadows and seeps (mesic), and Vernal pools, growing at elevations from 1200 to 2700 meters. Utricularia intermedia is ranked 2B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened, or Endangered in California, But More Common Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
