Eriogonum luteolum var. saltuarium, commonly known as Jack's wild buckwheat, is a annual herb in the Polygonaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Great Basin scrub, and Upper montane coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 1700 to 2400 meters.
