Juncus regelii, commonly known as Regel's rush, is a perennial rhizomatous herb in the Juncaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Meadows and seeps, and Upper montane coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 760 to 1900 meters. Juncus regelii is ranked 2B.3, Plants Rare, Threatened, or Endangered in California, But More Common Elsewhere; Not very threatened in California.
