Primula pauciflora, commonly known as beautiful shootingstar, is a perennial herb in the Primulaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Great Basin scrub, Meadows and seeps, and Pinyon and juniper woodland, growing at elevations from 1000 to 2380 meters. Primula pauciflora is ranked 4.2, Plants of Limited Distribution, A Watch List; Moderately threatened in California.
