Ceanothus confusus, commonly known as Rincon Ridge ceanothus, is a perennial evergreen shrub in the Rhamnaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Chaparral, Cismontane woodland, and Closed-cone coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 75 to 1065 meters. Ceanothus confusus is ranked 1B.1, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Seriously threatened in California.
