Carex congdonii, commonly known as Congdon's sedge, is a perennial rhizomatous herb in the Cyperaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Alpine boulder and rock field, and Subalpine coniferous forest (rocky), growing at elevations from 2600 to 3900 meters.
