Lupinus lepidus var. culbertsonii, commonly known as Hockett Meadows lupine, is a perennial herb in the Fabaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Meadows and seeps, Upper montane coniferous forest (mesic, and rocky), growing at elevations from 2440 to 3000 meters. Lupinus lepidus var. culbertsonii is ranked 1B.3, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Not very threatened in California.
