Species Description:

Isocoma menziesii var. diabolica, commonly known as Satan's goldenbush, is a perennial shrub in the Asteraceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Cismontane woodland, growing at elevations from 15 to 400 meters. Isocoma menziesii var. diabolica is ranked 4.2, Plants of Limited Distribution, A Watch List; Moderately threatened in California.
