Phlox dolichantha, commonly known as Big Bear Valley phlox, is a perennial herb in the Polemoniaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Pebble (Pavement) plain, and Upper montane coniferous forest (openings), growing at elevations from 1830 to 2970 meters. Phlox dolichantha is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
