Mielichhoferia shevockii, commonly known as Shevock's copper moss, is a moss in the Mielichhoferiaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Cismontane woodland (mesic, metamorphic, and rock), growing at elevations from 750 to 1400 meters. Mielichhoferia shevockii is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
