Distinguished by the combination of leaves strictly basal, pilose-hirsutulous and slightly glandular on both surfaces (not tomentose or floccose-tomentose), stems intricately branched and stipitate-glandular throughout (not glabrous or glandular only towards the base), and flowers pubescent (not glabrous) and pink or whitish with red midveins (not yellow).
