Species Description:

Lathyrus jepsonii var. jepsonii, commonly known as Delta tule pea, is a perennial herb in the Fabaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Marshes and swamps (brackish, and freshwater), growing at elevations from 0 to 5 meters. Lathyrus jepsonii var. jepsonii is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
