Species Description:

Galium munzii, commonly known as Munz's bedstraw, is a perennial herb in the Rubiaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Great Basin scrub, Lower montane coniferous forest, Pinyon and juniper woodland, and Upper montane coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 1100 to 3330 meters. Galium munzii is ranked 4.3, Plants of Limited Distribution, A Watch List; Not very threatened in California.
