Species Description:
Sedum marmorense, commonly known as Marble Mountains stonecrop, is a perennial herb in the Crassulaceae that is . It occurs within Subalpine coniferous forest, and Upper montane coniferous forest, growing at elevations from 1875 to 2345 meters. Sedum marmorense is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.|

Similar to S. oregonense; differs in having dense rosettes and waxy granules on calyxes and inflorescence branches vs. looser rosettes and lacking waxy granules in S. oregonense.
