Species Description:

Hosackia yollabolliensis, commonly known as Yolla Bolly Mtns. bird's-foot trefoil, is a perennial herb in the Fabaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Meadows and seeps, and Upper montane coniferous forest (openings), growing at elevations from 1645 to 2135 meters. Hosackia yollabolliensis is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
