Colubrina californica, commonly known as Las Animas colubrina, is a perennial deciduous shrub in the Rhamnaceae that is found in California and elsewhere. It occurs within Mojavean desert scrub, and Sonoran desert scrub, growing at elevations from 10 to 1000 meters.
