Species Description:

Scrophularia villosa, commonly known as Santa Catalina figwort, is a perennial shrub in the Scrophulariaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Chaparral, and Coastal scrub, growing at elevations from 45 to 510 meters. Scrophularia villosa is ranked 1B.2, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Moderately threatened in California.
