Taxon Summary:

Erigeron mariposanus, commonly known as Mariposa daisy, is a perennial herb in the Asteraceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Cismontane woodland, growing at elevations from 600 to 800 meters. Erigeron mariposanus is ranked 1A, Plants Presumed Extirpated in California and Either Rare or Extinct Elsewhere.
