Species Description:
Dedeckera eurekensis, commonly known as July gold, is a perennial deciduous shrub in the Polygonaceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Mojavean desert scrub, growing at elevations from 1215 to 2200 meters. Dedeckera eurekensis is ranked 1B.3, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Not very threatened in California.
