Species Description:
Lasthenia burkei, commonly known as Burke's goldfields, is a annual herb in the Asteraceae that is found only in California. It occurs within Meadows and seeps (mesic), and Vernal pools, growing at elevations from 15 to 600 meters. Lasthenia burkei is ranked 1B.1, Plants Rare, Threatened or Endangered in California and Elsewhere; Seriously threatened in California.|
